how would you like to wake up to this? |
Remember how the
site looked back in May? A jagged rocky outcrop tucked in between twisted ficus and scrub. Today we walked over the construction site with the owners who are out here from England for a week. They are absolutely chuffed with the design and rightly so. The house is a dramatic extension of the natural cliff and rock formations, and the organic shape frames the 360 degree views. The roof of locally sourced
lontar leaves will go on soon, and the concrete floor will be laid over the stone infill. Tom is now working on the furniture designs and a guest room.
